Best Buy has always been good to me so I went to the store last week eager to buy a new laptop, phone, and the accessories to go with them. Aside from being greeted at the entrance by about five employees, there was no reason for employees to even be at the store - they were clearly not concerned with assisting customers, generating product interest, or making any sales. Only about 20% seemed to be actually working despite all the wandering customers. I asked one of the five employees tasked with door greeting where to find the laptops and, without any directional hints or hand gestures, he said “Over there on the table.” Since employees didn’t seem interested in selling or advertising products and the store had ineffective vertical signs that make it difficult to do a lone expedition, I left after about 30-45 minutes and just bought everything from the manufacturer to bypass Best Buy altogether.

Worked with Josh H, the Microsoft specialist at the Pensacola Best Buy, and had a great experience. I needed a laptop for interior design work, specifically kitchen and bath, which requires higher performance and strong rendering capability. He really understood what I needed and guided me through both the technical side and the best current options without being pushy. What stood out most was how he explained the differences in visual quality between systems. That matters a lot in my work since I rely on accurate renderings for both clients and contractors. He also walked me through all the buying options, including the Best Buy card and financing, and was very thorough throughout the process. It’s clear he’s doing a great job not just for Best Buy, but for client satisfaction as well. Easy, efficient, and genuinely helpful. Highly recommend.

Found a specific microwave here that both lowe's and home depot were out of. I don't like that.There is no military discount. But they usually have the best prices.

Purchased a Rexing R4 Plus... It was used! But either Best Buy or the previous customer sealed the box back perfectly! Either way, if it was returned, it should have been inspected prior to putting it on the shelf! So, this falls on Best Buy and their employees! The dry cloth was not folded. The start guide has fingerprints. The 3m sticker was already used. And here I was, 2 weeks out waiting to go back to Pensacola to schedule an installment with their geek squad! You can NOT schedule an appointment over the phone if you are paying cash!! I DON'T like buying USED stuff without knowing it was a return or without a used price! Looks like a little piece of a broke item in the bag that I have not yet touched. Also, the Pensacola Best Buy phone number is useless. I want to talk to someone at that location!!
